I value your time and kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. This ensures your deposit can be applied to a new rescheduled appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a new deposit, subject to availability. We will charge the full service amount for no-shows. No exceptions. For same day needs or walk-ins please text me- depending on the treatment you need, I can try to fit you in.
